NTQUK additional terms and conditions applicable to Skills@Work courses

1. Payment ( including VAT) should ideally be made on line to secure a place on one of our short course programmes
2. If a cheque is being sent as payment, the place on the Skills@Work programme is only confirmed once payment is received
3. Cancellations will incur the following charges: more than six weeks before the course date - £25 admin fee; within six weeks of the course date - 100% cancellation charges apply
4. Substitute names from the same organisation and location can be made for a fee of £10
5. Any cancellations or substitutions must always be acknowledged by NTQUK in writing( by email)  as evidence that the cancellation/substitution has been received by us. If no acknowledgement is received an email must be sent to info@ntquk.com to chase this acknowledgement
6. Places cannot be resold to other companies or organisations
7. In the event that a training course needs to be rescheduled all delegates will be transferred to a new date at no further cost and will be notified of the change as soon as possible.  Delegates who cannot attend the new date will be entitled to a full refund or offered the opportunity to attend another training date of the same value.
